These terms govern your use of the mobile application mixgo ("the app"), provided by Karyudo LLC ("we"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. About the app
The app is a language-learning tool that takes text you supply and displays it with your own language and the language you are learning woven together.
2. Fees and automatic renewal
- The app is free to start, with an allowance for trying it out. To continue using it beyond that allowance, a subscription to "mixgo Pro" is required.
- Prices are those shown in the App Store or on Google Play.
- Paid plans are automatically renewing subscriptions. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, a subscription renews for the same period at the same price.
- To cancel, use your account settings in the App Store or Google Play. We cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
- Refunds are governed by the terms of the App Store or Google Play.
3. Your text
- Rights in the text you bring into the app remain with you or with its author. We use that text only to provide the app's features.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you are entitled to use the text you bring in. Please take care not to reproduce, translate or transmit someone else's work without permission.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Anything unlawful or contrary to public order and morals
- Reverse-engineering the app, or connecting to our servers by any means other than the app
- Using automated means to process volumes beyond ordinary use
- Infringing the rights of other users or of third parties
5. About the output
Translations, word choices and speech in the app are generated by a language model, and we do not warrant their accuracy. Please use the app on the understanding that it may contain errors. Do not rely on its output where accuracy matters, such as for medical, legal or official purposes.
6. Changes to the service
We may change the app or stop providing it. If we discontinue a paid plan, we will give notice in advance in the app or on this website.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for loss arising from your use of the app, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the loss arose.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to the app.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. Revised terms take effect when published on this page.
